Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Lemon juice....from 1 lemon
    1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    7 roma tomatoes chopped
    1 red bell pepper chopped
    1 green pepper chopped
    1 yellow or orange pepper chopped
    2 0r 3 jalepenos chopped
    1 onion diced
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 tsp salt

    May substitute 1 tablespoon garlic salt for garlic cloves and sat.

Directions

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir and serve with tortilla chips, on enchilades, burritos, or any Mexican food dish. Can use as a side dish with a dollop of sour cream and shredded cheese on top.

Yields 12 half cup servings of Pico De Gallo
