Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups canned chickpeas, rinsed and patted dry
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup natural peanut butter
    1/4 cup honey
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor and process until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
With wet hands, form into 1.5" balls and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Press cookies to flatten as they will not rise very much.
Bake approximately 10 - 15 minutes.

    They were ok. Looked nothing like the picture and was a lot of work for just an "ok" cookie. Probably will not make again. - 7/3/13
