    1 pound lean ground turkey
    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 c ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    Olive Oil


Mix by hand meat, ricotta and eggs. Chill in fridge for one hour. Thoroughly heat and oil pan. Form small patties and cook through.
