Ingredients

    200g soy flakes boiled in 1 l of water
    100g of plain red onion
    1 cup of bread crumbs
    3 raw eggs

Directions

Put 200g of soy flakes in 1-1.5L of boiling water for 2-3 min. Remove from fire, and allow for flakes to soak in water. Chop onion in small pieces and fry them on oil for 1-2 min. Drain excessive oil. put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. From the mixture make medallions. Put on hot oil for 3-4 minutes, until brown, remove them, put on paper to drain excessive oil and put soy sauce over them. You can put unfried medallions in refrigirator and use them for 3-4 days for a quick lunch.
