Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce, 1 cup
    Pizza Crust, Wheat, Meijer
Mushroom, white, raw, 6 med sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 small (sliced)
    Baby Spinach, 4 cups
Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 0.75 cup
canned chicken breast 4 oz (or one chicken breast cooked/shredded)
Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Pieces, .5 tbsp

    Garlic salt/powder
    Cooking Spray

Tips

Sometimes I slice up a boneless chicken breast and cook that before adding the onions and mushrooms. On busy nights, I'll just grab a can of canned chicken breast. Left over chicken would work great too.

Frozen spinach would work as well instead of raw baby spinach. I just always have the raw in the house.

Directions

Serving Size: 8 Slices

Preheat oven to Pizza crust instructions.

Slice up onions and mushrooms. Spray pan with cooking spray and saute onions mushrooms until tender. Sprinkle garlic salt/powder. Add Chicken and Spinach, cook till spinach is soft. Add 3/4 cup of the Alfredo sauce. Turn heat to low.

Spray pizza crust (both sides) with cooking spray, place on cookie sheet or pizza pan. Layer remaining Alfredo sauce, spreading out to edge.

Remove onion/mushroom/spinach/chicken/alfredo sauce mixture for heat, and spread evening over crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over top. Sprinkle bacon pieces evenly over that.

Cook in the oven about 10 mins, or until cheese is melted.
