Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup flax seed meal
    1/3 cup protein powder (or one scoop plant protein)
    1/4 cup coconut sugar
    2 Tbsp honey
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    3/4 cups milk, eggnog or apple cider
    2 Tbsp melted butter
    1 egg
    1/2 cup raisins

Directions

Sift flour, protein powder, 1/4 cup flax meal, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine egg, milk, honey and melted butter. Stir in dry ingredients and raisins. Pour into silicone loaf pan and bake about 45 mins.
