    hard boiled eggs, egg white only
    publix deli greek kalamata hummus
    publix deli jalapeno & cilantro hummus

Tips

For perfect peeling, hold warm egg under cold water while removing shell. Serve extra hummus on the side with celery and other veggies to increase your daily veggie count!


Directions

wash hands. hard boil large eggs and remove shell. Cut eggs in half, discarding yolk. Fill each half with 1 tablespoon of 1 type of Publix fresh hummus. Garnish with sliced jalapenos and kalamata olives so your guests know which one they are about to enjoy!
