Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)

    Ham Steak, Center Cut, Smithfield - Lower Sodium, 16 oz

    Peas, frozen, 1 cup

    *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 4 tbsp

    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped

Directions

1. Slice your ham steak into either cubes or strips.

2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat, add cubed ham, frozen peas, and then the cabbage.

3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 20-25 minutes, or until cabbage is tender, stirring frequently.
