Introduction

Garbanzo and black beans with vegetables, black olives and feta cheese Garbanzo and black beans with vegetables, black olives and feta cheese

Ingredients

    2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans
    1 15 oz can black beans
    1 10 oz can slices black olives
    2 large cucumbers, peeled and finely chopped
    2 roma tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 small red or sweet onion, finely chopped
    1 red or orange sweet pepper, finely chopped
    1 cup chopped parsely
    1 6 oz container of crumbled feta cheese
    2 tbs. cider vinegar
    Juice of 1-2 lemons
    sprinkle of garlic powder.




Directions

Drain and rinse beans. Add chopped vegetables and all other ingredients to beans, mix in a large bowl. Serve immediately.
