Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    taco mix
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
    2 oz shredded low-fat cheese (colby is good)
    lettuce, chopped
    low-fat Italian dressing

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef. Add taco mix and 1/2 c. of water. Simmer for 15 minutes till water is mixed well with taco sauce and mixture is thick.

In the meantime, chop lettuce, tomatoes and onions.

Layer lettuce, meat, tomatoes, onions and cheese. Top with Italian dressing! Enjoy.
