Ingredients

1 head of red cabbage
2 apples
1/2 of a red onion
3/4 cup dried cranberries
3 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tsp granulated sugar
Directions
Chop the cabbage, onions and apples to your preference.
In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar.
Toss all the ingredients together.
Let it sit in the fridge at least an hour before serving.
Serving Size: Makes roughly 10- 3/4 cup servings
