Ingredients

    Crust:
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 pkg active dry yeast
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 cup warm water
    1 TBSP olive oil
    1 tsp honey

    Filling:
    1 1/3 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup black olives (can substitute other filling)

    Topping:
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 TBSP olive oil

    Dip In:
    1 cup of Classico Pizza Sauce

Tips

Nutrition includes 6 pizza bites and 1/4 cup sauce


Directions

Make dough:
pour flour into mixing bowl. Add yeast and salt. Mix well. Add water, oil, and honey; mix well. Cover and place in warm area for 10 minutes to rise. Spread out into a rectangle. Cut out 24 squares with a pizza cutter

Make bites:
Fill bites with cheese and black olives. Pinch corners of dough together to form balls. Place in greased pie plate. Brush with 1 TBSP olive oil. Top with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes
