Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 of a 10 oz pkg frozen spinach
    1/4 yellow pepper, small diced
    about 12 kalamata olives
    1 (7.5 oz) jar artichoke hearts
    2 oz Mediterranean Herb Feta

Directions

Saute peppers and artichoke hearts with olives. Add thawed and squeezed spinach. Cook til tender. Sprinkle with Feta. Yum!
