Introduction

This recipe is for the oatmeal mix. I keep this mix in a jar, and scoop out 1/4 cup every day, refill as needed. This recipe is for the oatmeal mix. I keep this mix in a jar, and scoop out 1/4 cup every day, refill as needed.

Ingredients

    1/3 cup gf oat bran
    1 cup gf oats
    1 cup mixed quinoa (red, white, black, etc)
    4 TBSP nutritional yeast
    4 TBSP chia seeds


Directions

For an easy breakfast in the morning, combine 1/4 cup of the ingredients in a jar with 1/2 cup of milk (or non-dairy substitute) as well as sweeteners (I use cinnamon but you could use agave or honey as well) and fruit (I use about 1/4 cup of blueberres, raspberries and blackberries. Others add bananas, almond butter, etc.). In the morning, the oats, etc have cooked and absorbed the flavors. Delish.
