Introduction

Ingredients

    1-1.5 lbs chicken breast
    1 container of tomatillo salsa
    1-2 medium onions
    1 tsp. better than bouillon (can swap out for chicken broth)
    1 can of cannelini beans, drained
    2 cups of water

Tips

I am going to double check on actual portions and edit as needed.


Directions

Throw everything into the crockpot and set it at either 6 or 8 hours. 4 hours will work as well, but I find it is even better when on a longer setting. You also can shred the meat easily with a fork about 30 minutes before serving.
