Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 pounds ground beef
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 or 2 envelopes taco mix
    1 envelope ranch dressing mix
    2 or 3 cans of beans (I use pinto and black)
    1 1/2 cups frozen corn
    1 medium onion
    2 cups water

Tips

Top with shredded cheese or sour cream. Add jalapenos to add a kick. Sometimes I add bell peppers if I feel we need more veggies.


Directions

Brown the ground beef. Add the tomatoes, taco mix, ranch dressing mix, beans, chilis and corn. Add two or three cans of water. Let it simmer until heated through or longer. (Simmering helps the flavor blend.)
