    1 small onion
    1 cup uncooked rice
    1 pound pork sausage
    3 eggs


prepare rice per package instructions.
Cook and shred sausage, add onion.
Mix in cooked rice.
Scramble the eggs and mix in with rice and sausage. Cook till is egg is done.
