    1 scoop flavored protein powder
    1/4 cup raspberry flavored seltzer (or plain)
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese
    this recipe has 1/4 cup Kind Peanut Butter whole clusters, but you can use any kind of oats or granola.

Tips

I haven't found the perfect cook time for these yet. it depends how thick they are. Best results from spreading out the batter.
