Ingredients

1 Tube refrigerated classic pizza dough
2 Chicken breast halves, cooked & diced
1 Red onion, diced
1/4c BBQ Sauce (divided)
2oz Smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
4oz Part skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1T Butter (divided)
Johnny's Seasoning Salt
Tips
Watch the bottom of the pizza to make sure it doesn't burn.
Directions
Preheat oven.
Spread dough thinly onto large cookie sheet. Bake pizza crust for 10 minutes.
Saute onion in 1/2T butter until soft.
Mix the BBQ sauce with 2T water.
Toss chicken in 1/8c BBQ sauce.
Spread the other 1/8c BBQ sauce on the pizza crust.
Add the chicken and onions, followed by the cheeses.
Spread the other 1/2T of the butter around the edge of the pizza crust and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
Bake approximately 6 minutes (or however long it takes to cook the dough through.)
Serving Size: Makes 1 pizza
