Ingredients

    1 1/4 c flour
    3 TBSP sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 eggs

Directions

mix the sugar, flour and salt. feel free to add any spices that you want. Seperate the eggs. mix the egg yolks with the milk and vanilla. add the wets to the drys. whip the egg whites to stiff peaks. fold in the egg whites. cook them
