Introduction

I find thick pizza bases hard to stomach but I find this to be amazing. You can swap the toppings for whatever you want, maybe add pizza sauce too if you wish. Ingredients

    1 Warburtons square wraps.
    14 leaves of spinach
    0.5 cup of red peppers
    1 tomato - any variety, I used Italian/Salad
    30g mozzarella cheese
    chicken breast - I didn't measure but it was about 2oz

Directions

Pre heat your oven so its warm maybe 200 celsius/390 fahrenheit.
Get out one wrap and lay it on a baking tray.
Slice your vegetables. I diced the peppers, sliced the tomato and shredded the chicken. I also tore the chicken into pieces.
Sprinkle a little of the cheese onto the wrap. Add the vegetables and chicken before adding the remaining cheese.
Cook for 10-15 minutes then enjoy.
