    1 cup oats
    4 scoops BNRG Proto Whey
    40g raisins
    20g almond meal
    30g shredded coconut
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    1 tablespoon cinnamon

    Chocolate Sauce
    1 scoop BNRG Proto Whey
    1 teaspoon raw cacao
    1 teaspoon hot water

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, then add a little water to help stick together. Refrigerate in lined baking tin.
Drizzle over Chocolate Sauce
