Ingredients

4 cups fresh diced pineapple
8 cups raw kale, loosely packed (we used lacinato kale)
3 cups apricot pitted halves
3 large oranges
1 small peach, pitted
3 tbsp ground flax meal
Tips
If you are new to green smoothies, try reducing the kale to 1 cup and add milder tasting vegetables, such as 1 cup of carrots, one cup of spinach and one cup of chopped of zucchini. Blend, then add chopped apples to make about 60 ounces of smoothie, and blend again. Add flax last, blend until incorporated. Serve and drink immediately. 3 generous 20 oz. servings.
