Ingredients

    2 Mangoes
    2 Cups of OJ
    2 Garlic Cloves
    1 Cup of chopped onion
    2 tbsp of olive oil
    1 cucumber
    1 red pepper
    1 jalapeno
    3 tbsp of lime juice

Blend mango, orange juice & olive oil. Mix with the rest of ingredients in a large bowl
