    *Tru Roots sprouted rice %26 quinoa blend 46g serving - fb, 2 cup
    *(25g) Sultanas, 1 serving
    *Corn - Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, 1.5 cup
    *Beans-Black Beans - Progresso, 2 cup
    *Coriander Mint Chutney, 5 tbsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp

Directions

Put all ingredients in rice cooker with 3 cups water. Cook according to appliance instructions.
