Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups steel cut oats
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    2 1/2 cups skim milk
    2 1/2 cups water
    3 tsp Splenda
    2 large Granny Smith apples, chopped with skin on
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

can add raisins instead of cranberries


Directions

Mix all together in a crockpot sprayed with Pam and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
