Ingredients

    1 lb. Perdue Lean Ground Turkey
    1 cup Green Pepper (chopped)
    1 cup onion (chopped)
    1 cup celery (chopped)
    1 cup mushrooms (chopped)
    1 cup carrots (chopped)
    1 can cut green beans (drained)
    1 can yellow corn (drained)
    1 can Del Monte diced tomatoes (Chili Style)
    3 14.5 oz cans of tomato sauce
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Heat oil over medium heat. Combine Peppers, onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Cook until tender (5 min). Move vegetables to a large pot.

Brown turkey and drain. Add turkey to pot with vegetables.

Add the remaining ingredients to pot. Cook on low for approzimately 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Make 8 2 cup servings.
