Introduction
I came up with this recipe when I wanted something that used a couple of ripe bananas, whole wheat flour instead of white, and wasn't as dry as a normal scone. These scones are kind of like chocolate chip banana bread scones! They make a great on-the-go breakfast paired with a cup of coffee or tea.
