    Tomato Sauce, with herbs and cheese, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

RINSE AND DRAING BEAN SPROUTS IN COLD WATER
PLACE IN MICROWAVABLE DISH AND COOK ON HIGH FOR 5 MINUTES, WHERE THE SPROUTS WILL STILL HAVE A CRUNCH.
MIX WITH HEATED SAUCE AND SERVE WITH CHEESE
