Ingredients

    Preheat over to 350.

    1 cup molasses
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup applesauce
    1-2 teaspoons olive oil
    6 very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
    2 1/2 cups light whole wheat flour
    4 Tablespoons hemp protein
    4 heaping tablespoons cocoa
    Dash of salt
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 cup nuts


Directions

Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix the dry ingredients together excluding nuts. Sift or stir well.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Add nuts

Divide the batter into two well greased loaf pans.

Bake for about 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes two twelve slice pans
