Introduction

A really tasty summer salad. A really tasty summer salad.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 cups spring mix greens
    20 seedless grapes
    1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
    1/4 cup sliced baby carrots (I used 1 purple and 1 white)
    1/2 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms
    1 scallion (or green onion)
    1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
    3 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
    freshed cracked black pepper to taste
    ground paprika

Tips

This makes enough for 2 side salads if you wanted.


Directions

Add greens, veggies and grapes to your bowl.
In another bowl, whisk the mustard, oil, vinegar, pepper and paprika.
Pour dressing mix over salad and enjoy.
