Ingredients

    1. Whole Wheat Pasta
    2. Lite Alfredo Sauce
    3. Broccoli
    4. Cauliflower
    5. Olive Oil
    6. Salt/Pepper (to taste)
    7. Canned Chicken

Tips

Low cal, low sugar, and low fat. Yet, you get all of the goods: protein, carb, and veggies!! Enjoy :)


Directions

Add olive oil to water on stove and boil. Add pasta. In a separate pan, add alfedo sauce, broccoli, canned chicken, and cauliflower and bring to a medium broil. Cook pasta to al dente and strain. Serve pasta on plates and cover with alfredo sauce. ENJOY!
