Ingredients

    Confectioners Sugar
    Creamy peanut butter
    unsalted butter, at room temperature
    pure vanilla extract
    kosher salt
    heavy cream

Directions

blend sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt in bowl until creamy. Add the cream and whip on high speed until the mixture is light and smooth.

Serving Size: Enough to frost 9x13 single layer cake
