Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 5 slice (remove)
    *Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Sage, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper to taste

    Use a 3 or 4 qt. stoneware crock. Melt oleo in a microwave safe bowl. Add flour to oleo and whisk until smooth. Mix flour, salt, sage, and pepper and add to oleo/flour mixture. Peel and slice potatoes. Peel and slice onions. Layer potatoes, onions, and mixture in crock. Top off with cheese. Cover with lid and cook on high for 2-4 hours (depending on level of heat of crockpot).

Tips

Different cheeses can be used. Salt and oleo can be increased according to taste. Additional oleo will increase caloric and nutritional listings.
