Ingredients

    1 cup shredded brocolli
    1 medium carrot
    two slices turkey lunch meat
    1 egg white, hard-boiled
    salsa of choice

Directions

Shred brocolli and chop carrots into bowl. Cut and slice egg white and turkey into mixture. Toss with 2 tbsp salsa of choice. Enjoy.
