1/8 t, allspice
1/8 t. ground ginger
1/8 t. nutmeg
Sugar substitute to taste (I used 1 pkt, Splenda)
1 t. vanilla extract
Tips
Can add unflavored or vanilla protein powder just before eating to make it more substantial.
