    1 c. Greek Yogurt (I use 0% Fage)
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1/4 t. cinnamon
    1/8 t, allspice
    1/8 t. ground ginger
    1/8 t. nutmeg
    Sugar substitute to taste (I used 1 pkt, Splenda)
    1 t. vanilla extract


Can add unflavored or vanilla protein powder just before eating to make it more substantial.


Combine all ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
