Introduction

A recipe from a friend of mine. It makes a lot of sauce so the calories calculated here are only for that. Should make approximately 10 half cup servings of the sauce. This is very nice with rice. Ingredients

    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1.5 cup water
    2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp paprika

    12 boneless, skinless chicken thigh (not included in calories)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Brown chicken
In a largeish sauce pan mix together all ingredients except the chicken and heat on medium/high until boiling.
Put the browned chicken in a dutch oven (or other oven safe pot with a lid) and pour the sauce over it. Bake for 1.5 hours with the lid on stirring very occasionally. Remove lid and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
Serve.
