    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/2 cup Olive Oil
    1/4 cup juice from canned mandarin oranges or orange juice
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    Salt, 1 dash
    1 Tbls Poppy seeds


Combine juice and vinegar. Add salt and mustard and stir. Slowly add oil as you wisk vigorously to emulsify. When creamy add poppy seeds. Chill and serve over salad.
