Ingredients

    2 TBSP lemon juice
    1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
    1TBSp honey
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp poppy seeds
    1 medium honeydew
    1 cucumber, unpeeled and cubed (2 c)
    1/3 c finely diced red onion, rinsed and dry
    3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
    4 oz feta cheese crumbled (1c)
    1 C arugala


Directions

wisk together lemon juice, EVO, honey, salt,pepper, and poppy seed. Add melon, cucumber, onio an ddill weed. Toss to combine. Stir in feta right before serving. COver and store up to 8 hours. let stand 20 mins before serving. serve over arugala
