Introduction
I was in the mood for some pasta and vegetables, but I didn't feel like running to the store. So I grabbed what ingredients I had in the fridge and cupboard and made myself and my husband some dinner. This is the recipe I came up with. I thought it was going to be a total bomb, but it actually turned out really good. You can swap out whatever ingredients you want when making this. Get creative! It's low in calories and is good enough for anyone to eat. My husband ate 2 bowl-fulls. I was in the mood for some pasta and vegetables, but I didn't feel like running to the store. 1 Broccoli Floret, cut into small pieces
1/2 bag Baby Carrots, chopped
6 Tbsp Italian Salad Dressing
5 tsp Mrs Dash Salt-Free Italian Medley Seasoning Blend
Tips
You can top it with extra dressing and/or with parmesan. You can also substitute in your favorite vegetables. I just grabbed what I had from the fridge and cupboard and threw it all in a pan. The main part is to be creative and make it your own.
