Number of Servings: 8


    Ground beef, 16 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Campbell's tomato soup w/water from can(remove)
    Minute Rice (Cooks in 5 Minutes), 1 cup (remove)


This is just a base you can add what ever else you like,Like Emerils Seasoning,Corn,etc.You can add Worcestershire Sauce about 1/4 tsp.Also even Cayenne Pepper to your taste.I was going to call this recipe Spanish Rice however I made it bland for the kids liking.Also you can substitute the Ground Beef for Ground Turkey,& Ground Chicken.


In Large 2" skillet or Large pot on Medium High heat add Ground beef & cook til done & crumbly.Drain the fat then add 1 C. Diced White Onion & Green Pepper Saute til Onion is translucent.Next Add Tomato soup & 1 can of water & 1C. Minute Rice.On low heat let simmer for 15-20 minutes til rice is done.Season with Salt & Black Pepper
