Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

5 fillets of tilapia (or other fish)
    1/4 cup of soy sauce
    1/4 cup of sake
    1/4 cup of mirin
    2 T of sugar

Tips

This makes 10 servings, because I cut each in half so that it fits into a bento box.

Directions

Mix ingredients other than fish, bring to a boil, cool.
Pour over fish and let marinate for 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Pat dry, brush with oil, grill.
