Don't let all the ingredients overwhelm you. It's really easier to make than it looks. The flavor is really reminiscent of Chinese lemon chicken, without the breading and frying. Ingredients

Organic Toasted Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
2 lbs Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into chunks
Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped
Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
Fresh Ginger Root, 3 tsp grated
*Raw sugar, 1/4 cup
Salt, 1 tbsp
*Distilled White Vinegar, 1/2 cup
*Lemon Juice, 1 cup
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Garlic powder, 3 tbsp
Mustard powder, 1 tsp
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
*Flour, white, .25 cup, dissolved in 1 cup water
4 cups tap water
8 cups cooked white rice with 1/4 cup margarine melted in.
Directions
Make rice according to package directions and add in the margarine. Set aside. Heat oil in a large pot. Drop in chicken. Pour in lemon juice and vinegar. Add sugar and other seasonings. Stir. Add in water and veggies. Cover and let cook about 15 minutes until chicken and veggies are cooked through. Add in flour water and stir. Sauce should be thickened. Serve.
Serving Size: Makes servings, with 1.5 cup chicken stuff and 1 cup rice per person
