Ingredients

    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 can, rinsed
    Beans, great northern, 1 can, rinsed
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields, liquid pressed out
    Artichoke Heart Quarters, 1 can, drained
    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 6 tbs
    Garlic, 2 heads, roasted (squeeze cloves out and discard rest)
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 2 tsp or to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in food processor and process until well blended. Serve with fresh or dried veggies or pita chips.

    Good
    This was ok, good for the nutritional value. I also placed it in a cassarole dish and sprinkled some parm cheese and nacho cheese over the top. I then heated it in the oven untill the cheese melted. My husband added red hot, We are going to use the left overs over grilled chicken. It has promise! - 3/9/08
