Ingredients

    5 cups broccoli florets
    1 cup mushroom quarters
    .5 cup onion, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp cooking oil
    1 Tbsp (or more) Thai green curry paste
    1 can Thai kitchen lite coconut milk
    1 tsp fish sauce (optional)
    1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Directions

Stir-fry veggies in oil til barely tender; add sauces and coconut mild, stir and boil til blended. Can top with cilantro; serve over rice or rice noodles.
