Introduction

Thick, delicious and nutritious and tastes sinfully good! Great for after a workout or as a breakfast replacement when on the run. Be careful though! It is not a low-calorie item. It is my favorite occasional treat after working out in the weight room. Thick, delicious and nutritious and tastes sinfully good!
