    pc blue menu diced tomatoes 28oz can X2
    tomato sauce 7.5oz can x2
    red pepper
    green pepper
    white vinegar
    garlic powder
    cayenne pepper


chop veggies
put all ingredients in 5L pot
boil slowly uncovered 1 1/2 hours
or until thickened.
makes 5 X 500ml bottles
sterilize bottles and lids first
fill bottles one inch from the top
apply lids
boil in water bath for 15 minutes to ensure longer lasting product.
average serving 1/4 cup
