Introduction

Ingredients

    180g Almond Flour
    100g Coconut Flour
    2 large eggs (new recipe will have 4 eggs)
    68g butter very soft or melted
    2T Nature's Hollow SF Honey
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    Dash salt
    Use immersion blender to mix eggs, butter and honey; put dry ingredients in bowl and whisk to mix, make a well in flours and add egg mix. Mix with spoon. Weigh dough ball (will be around 470g) and use calculator to divide by 12. Weigh each biscuit for uniformity, Roll in palm, flatten and place on silicon baking sheet.

Tips

Recipe will be better with 4 eggs due to the dryness of coconut flour. Definitely NOT low calorie, but grain-free and good for Paleo/Atkins.


Directions

Bake for 11-13min. Probably will be done in 11 min, don't overbake as coconut dries quickly.
