Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup unbleached flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    ground nutmeg
    2+ cups milk
    2 eggs
    2 TB oil (or bacon grease)
    1 + TB agave nectar (or 2 TB sugar)
    2 scoops designer whey protein powder
    2 TB hemp seeds

Tips

they are very dense so 1 will be enough!

feel free to tweak the recipe. i will be backing off on the protein powder by a scoop next time i make it. also may be adjusting the serving size.


Directions

mix dry ingredients, then add the wet stuff.

spray or grease for each, then pour out an 8" cake.
cook until top is well bubbled before turning
finish on 2nd side for about a minute.

figure approximately 4 minutes cook time per cake.
