Ingredients

    29 oz chicken broth (2 14.5oz cans)
    1 cup of water
    1 clove garlic (minced)
    3/4 tsp ground ginger
    3 scallions (sliced)
    1/2 block tofu( cut into 1/4" x1/4"x1-1/2" strips)
    1 slice ham (cut into 1/4" x2" strips)
    1 cup sliced musrooms

Directions

Combine chicken broth and water in a 2 qt sauce pan.
Add garlic, ground ginger and scallions.
Bring to a boil.
Add tofu, ham and mushrooms.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
